B.Tech has a brighter scope. Firstly, try to score a minimum of 75% in PCM and simultaneously, prepare for JEE exam in order to get admission in good colleges.

Its definitely B.Tech.Its curriculum is designed in such a manner to teach the theory and the practical application based knowledge to make student much skilled in his or her domain. Moreover, BCA does not have much scope and should only be opted while preparing for any civil service exam along with it. For admissions in LPU , one need to have minimum 60% marks in class 12th and JEE Mains or LPU-NEST qualified. Also, scholarships are provided for each semester fee on the basis of excellent marks in JEE Mains, LPUNEST and class 12th percentage . For more details visit

Both are good at their place but scope of B.Tech is more than BCA.

One can get admission for BCA easily because there is no AIEEE, JEE Advanced or JEE Mains. The duration of this course is 3 years. However, B.Tech is a 4-year engineering degree which needs one to qualify JEE.
