As you have done BCA, logical higher studies for you is MCA so that you can make career as software developer in IT industry. However, if during BCA you have realized that you are not technical oriented then MBA will be a better option for you.

It depends on where you wish to see yourself after completing your course. If you wish to be loyal to your stream and aim at becoming a system analyst or a programming specialist, then MCA is preferable. If you are confident of your managerial skills and wish to climb the corporate ladder, then you may prefer an MBA. But to be still loyal to your stream, you may like to do an MBA in Systems/IT.

After BCA, the best option is MCA because you will have all the basic information about it. Thus it is better than taking MBA but if you are not interested in programming field, then you can think of going for MBA.
