According to me, SAS has more opportunities at freshers level, so you can get opportunities to work as a trainee with MNCs whereas in SAP it’s a bit difficult to enter at freshers level. Secondly, it totally depends on your interest what kind of technology drives you more.

SAS and Big Data are more towards analytics and analysis. While, SAP is a business software and you can become programmer using ABAP, HANA, etc. You can also become functional consultant by learning various modules like MM, PP, SD, etc. or can become BASIS administrator. If you are going into SAS or Bigdata, it will open a whole new world, where you can become a data scientist or data analyst. So, the choice you make will decide your career path. All 3 of them have good opportunities. If you are looking more from statistical analysis point of view and career in healthcare sector, opt SAS, for SAP you must have at least 2 to 3 years functional experience. Big data, again it’s more about data mining.
