MBA in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) is a good option to start your career in banking sector, this will be a leap in your career and you will start as a management trainee. You can also opt for IBPS and you will start from a lower level (clerk or officer). You can go for MBA in some good finance oriented colleges like Institute for Financial Management and Research apart from top notch IIMs. Prepare for IBPS is another option, check out testbook.com which gives test experience similar to that of real exam of IBPS.
