I think there is no formal course to be a story writer. Story writers don't have to meet specific academic requirements to work, but earning at least a Bachelor's degree will help aspiring writers to learn the things easily. If you feel you have that natural talent in you to write stories you can join film industry. But the process is very tough and stiff competition is there.So many writers are struggling to get a chance in film industry.
