MBA has different specialisation and is quite justify your selection. But all in all it depends on your interest and your career prospects. If your interests in any specialisation then go for MBA programs and choose your field. Eligibility for MBA programme: The prospective applicant must satisfy one of the following eligibility criteria for admissions to the MBA programme. A graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognised university. Top MBA colleges are as, Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, CAT GMAT Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, CAT GMAT Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, GMAT CAT XLRI Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, etc.

After B.Com, the next best option is a post graduate degree. If interested, you can apply for PG course in same subject area. On the other hand, those who want to build career in management, MBA is a good choice. Scope after pursuing the same from reputed institutes certainly is more than M.Com. If you are interested and at the same time good in accounting and want a career in auditing then choose M.Com. But if you want to add management skills and want to be a manger then it would be wise to choose MBA.
