You can go for BBA, B.Com and you can even prepare for CA, CS. Also, you can prepare for government jobs or you can go for hotel management, tourism management, etc.

A general choice after +2 commerce is a B.Com which will be followed by an MBA or M.Com, BBA, BCA etc. are not bad choices.
