After BCA, you should go for MBA in IT.

After BCA, best option would be MCA for post-graduation. It depends on your career dream whether you want your career in IT management or core software development or technical field. If you want to pursue career in IT Management or IT Infrastructure management or IT Security then go for MBA in IT. If you want job related to software testing or development choose MCA.
