If you want to go in marketing sector go for MBA but if you want to go in IT software then go for MCA. After BCA, my suggestion is to go for MCA, because application programming never slips out. There are many jobs and opportunity available after MCA.

After the completion of your BCA, you should pursue your master's degree in that course where your interest lies in. If you want to continue in programming and IT sector then go for MCA. In MCA, you'll get much more in-depth knowledge of what you've studied in your BCA. Whereas in MBA, you'll study subjects related to management. So, it's your choice to decide because at last it'll be you who will study that course.

It would be preferable if you do MCA as it is your stream and your field and also the scope in NCA is not bad. But, eventually, it is all about your ability and interest.
