Both are good options. You can choose any one of them as per your interest. You are eligible for both as you have scored more than 60% marks. But be careful with your decision as both are different lines.

It depends on you that what you want to do because as a guide of Shiksha I am here just to help you solve your problems and the main thing is that final result in your hands like what to choose. Coming to the point, B.Sc is a 3-year Bachelor's degree and B.Tech is a 4-year Bachelor's degree. In B.Tech you need to study more as you are going to take exams 8 times in 4 years and in B.Sc, you need to take only 3 exams in three years.

Both have their own syllabuses, and you can avail both B.Tech and B.Sc colleges. So just try to get in what each of them means, which suits you better, and then make a suitable choice according to that. Your marks will matter only to choose college, apart from that the course can be chosen without that criteria also. All the best!
