Well, aerospace itself comprises of several branches as mechanical, electronics, propulsion etc. Seems like you are interested in aerospace, go ahead with both B.Tech & M.Tech in it. Good luck!

Dear, It is better to go for aerospace engineering both in B.Tech and M.Tech. Aerospace has better job opportunity after B.Tech itself. Keep that opportunity open also. Best wishes.
