Both the courses are entirely different and need different eligibility criteria. If you already are a graduate then go for only LLB or integrated LLB-LLM. In case you just did your 12th, then definitely you should go for BA-LLB. Doing an integrated BA-LLB is going to save your fee, life's one precious year as well as the test of clearing a test after graduation where the level of the test becomes difficult. There are many good universities like National Law School, Lovely Professional University, Panjab University, Chandigarh University, etc., that are offering integrated BA-LLB. These institutes have varying eligibility criteria. Some offer admission just on the basis of CLAT/LSAT, some offer admission on CLAT/ LSAT/ their own test, some offer admission just on the basis of marks in previous qualifying exam and some offer admission on the basis of CLAT/ LSAT/ their own test/ marks in previous qualifying exams.
