brother in my opinion i think you should go for what you really like to do both the course mentioned above by you are nice but opt for that course which you like do do a course for merely for getting a degree that will be a waste of money plus waste of time. BCA is a good option if you have a keen interest in programming or computer stuff's and fashion designing is a different field where you acquire skills in designing stuff's like cloths, garments etc. so bro go for what your heart says.
