After the completion of your Diploma, the best option for you should be to go for graduation as if you don't complete your graduation you will miss many good career opportunities in the future. You can take lateral entry directly in the third year after Diploma so you can complete the graduation in three years. So as per you interest, you can go for B.Tech or do a course in cosmetic.
