To become a corporate lawyer, you should opt for either BBA and LLB or B.Com and LLB course. Both these courses are good. A corporate lawyer should know about finances, and how to handle the money and other necessary things of a company. To understand the basics of accounting, you need to go for either BBA or B.Com. To pursue either BBA and LLB or B.Com and LLB, you can go for: NLS University, Bangalore (
