With a post graduate degree in your hand you can look for jobs in sectors such as Telecommunication, Office Automation etc. The basic job titles one sees for IT-related positions include Software Engineer / Programmer Network Administrator Database Administrator Network Programmer Tester System Analyst Business Analyst System Engineer Hardware Engineer Support Specialist *Work for a while and gain reasonable experience. Once you personally feel ready to take the jump, pick E-MBA which is meant for working professionals. Found this useful? Click on the thumbs up below or mark it as best.

If you have strong background of computers (hardware, networking, software development as a part of previous B.Sc. course) then M.B.A (I.T) will be helpful. Otherwise M.C.A will help to build strong technical knowledge of I.T after which M.B.A (I.T or H.R) will be better.
