If you are interested in programming then BCA is a better option. You may even opt for B.Sc in IT or CS, but BCA being a specialized course, it may have a higher value. If you want to continue further, you may even opt for MCA after graduation. After MCA, you can apply for programming for any language of your preference or work as a BA. You can continue with arts as a hobby alongside the technical education. Good luck.
