According my opinion, Computer Science & Engineering stream is best for a bright future and offer good salary for placements in India as well as abroad.

If you want specification only in software then you must choose IT but if you want to have knowledge of both hardware and software, then you must choose CSE. I think CSE is a better option as it will enhance your domain in jobs in turn best for your future. Now the question arises which college is the best for CSE or IT? You must choose the college which bridge the gap between institutions and companies, which will transform you into a technocrat, which gives you something more than your regular syllabus. If you move towards Jaipur, you will find few colleges which actually makes you a complete engineer by grooming you 390 degree. There is a college in my view Anand-ICE near Kanota Jaipur which provides you an IOS development course, Android development course, core java, python from IIT Bombay other than your regular RTU syllabus.

Dear, Both IT and CSE are good. It's up to you to decide which subject you want to pursue, based on your interests. If you are interested in becoming an expert on computers, you would do well to choose CSE, be it becoming an engineer or a researcher. If you think that you want to pursue a more professional course, than IT would be more suitable for you. Many colleges/institutes are affiliated to RTU, Kota like SKIT, Anand ICE, Jaipur and JECRC, etc. But I think Anand International College of Engineering, Jaipur provides world class best faculty members and world class infrastructure with better placement opportunities and in-campus placements, implementation of modern educational concepts & associated internationally renowned faculty from IITs & abroad and global connectivity by signing MOUs with many renowned technical universities/institutions of USA, UK, Russia and Thailand, etc. Basically, placement depends upon the qualities and the overall performance throughout your education. Both are similar but some technologies and some subject are different according to the university. Jobs are available in both branches. Still CSE is better for govt. sector.
