You cannot compare any branch with each other, because it will depend on your understanding and knowledge of branch, so choose the branch according to your preference.

If you believe, both branches have very much good scopes. But, choosing the field in which you love to work and you have very much interest in it with curiosity will give you better scope than any other fields.

Dubey ji, don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. So I would suggest, better to study Computer Science engineering. If you want to sail through vast sea go with Marine engineering. If you have not decided what you want to do after B.Tech, sit for one or two days and decided what you want to do. If still confused, select any of the engineering mentioned in point # 1, 2 and 3 (Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics). Best of luck.

It all depends on your interest and how easily you grasp the material and depends on the college, so I would name one i.e. UEM Kolkata for your support the link to it to know more information about it is also listed

Rather than thinking about scope, give preference to your interests. CSE is a very good and mechanical Engineering is also good and it is evergreen branch. Every branch will have scope. It mainly depends on your interest, hard work and the college you are studying. At present, CSE is best. But, think about your interests. Work hard and all the best.
