It is based on your interests. You can go for B.Tech aerospace/ aeronautical followed by MS or M.Tech. Aerospace/ aeronautical engineering are niche branch of engineering with comparatively limited career opportunities in comparison to mechanical engineering. Mechanical Engineers are employed by all type of industries. The syllabus of aeronautical and mechanical engineering overlap by up to 80%. If you still not sure about your interests, you can do mechanical engineering and then do M.Tech or MS in aeronautical engineering.
