For government colleges, CSE is the most valuable then EEE and mechanical engineering. ECE is one of best but for private college, CSE is not most valuable. In private colleges, EEE and mechanical engineering is the best option.

Bachelor of technology from IIT is the best option for you. To get addmittion in IIT, you have to clear JEE Mains and Advanced. Good luck!
