If you belong to any of the reserved categories, then yes. If you belong to the general category, then no. But you can appear for all the other state government CETs and private universities.

Dear, If you are from reserved category then you can write the examination, otherwise, you are only eligible for some state level entrance exams.

You can apply for the UPSEE exam in this exam. If you scored well, then you can easily get the government college. But, if you do not score good, then you can easily get the private colleges.
