Well, we can't compare engineering to medical or vice versa. From your question, I think you are quite young. Decide by yourself what fascinates you more. Do some self-interpretation. Soon you will get to find what field suits you. Don't choose anything until you are sure. The medical field is very tough, but it can be done. But engineering is comparatively easier. Be determined before doing anything. The future scope lies in both the fields.You can help the society from both fields. A good college is necessary for doing engineering because placements are important. For medical, you must be in a government college for better quality of practice.
