It is not an easy questions to answer. As we all say about engineer that engineers are most unemployed degree holders but its not true fact. There are lots of good engineers currently working in very good technologies. I would prefer to go with engineering.

Dear, Both have different aspects for life. If medical subjects suits you, you might be thinking of how organ work, what is the science behind human body, etc. Then medical may be an option for you but it is not as easy as it is showing. I am not saying that go with medical or engineering, many things are there like photography, travelling, hotel management, etc. Just pen down your interests and search them. Do a research about all aspects of those fields. Then, decide something for yourself which you want to do, not just of fascination. Best of luck.

I think both the streams are completely different from each other and go in the opposite direction. Both have excellent opportunities and scope in future as you can't imagine a country without technical and medical help. So, first of all, you just need to clear your thoughts that which stream attracts you, in which stream are you interested? If you do good in any field with all your efforts, you will definitely be able to make a good place in any organisation.
