I would recommend you to opt for MBA in Construction Economics and Quantity Surveying. After your MBA QS and cost planning program, you will get Commercial management roles including estimation, tendering, contract management, procurement and risk management for projects. The maximum amount of demand for construction courses is in Quantity surveying in India, Middle East, UK and various other parts of the world and you should pursue that. You can set up your own QS and cost management practice as the services are in demand. Looking at both the career option, you need to decide on the programs you should look forward to join. Our recommendation will be more toward MBA-CEQS.
