The medical field has a better career always because in India a deficiency in medical professionals is seen always. In the contrary, engineers are seen jobless everywhere.

It all depends on your interest. It is true that engineering and medical have better prospects in future, but before taking admission I would suggest you see your inner voice where you want to go. B.Tech (in practically any stream) will get you a decently paying job once you've successfully completed the 4 year course. Irrespective of your stream in engineering, IT industry is always an available option if you do not get a job initially in your specialization. The medical stream, on the other hand, requires 8-9 years of course study including MBBS, internship and specialization.

It depends on your interest. If you just want some early job then engineering is something that can fulfill your ambitions earlier than medical field. Getting a job with starting package of INR 25-30000 is the most easiest thing, and once you get that industrial experience, then you can start something of your own too. Overall, I prefer engineering as it opens a lot of doors for you. Ultimately, everything depends only and only on your interest.

BIPC is a field in which high salaried jobs are available and are government jobs. But, hard work is very important in this field. Where in MPC, only low people are getting jobs that is from 100% only 5-3% of people are getting jobs.
