Cyber law is an upcoming field and business law is very commonly used. So, the choice is yours as cybercrimes are increasing so that is also a good option.

Both of these fields have assumed significance in the present context in India. With the ever-increasing dependence on the internet and cyber security, cyber law is going to be of great importance in coming times. At present, except the IT Act 2000, there is no framework of law to deal with cyber issues. At the same time, business and corporate law is an evergreen field with various national and international arbitration feuds. Hence, both have great scope and one can choose according to one's interest.

Some questions don't have perfect answers. Suggestions may vary from source to source. In my opinion, business law is an evergreen field and solely depends on the ability of the person. Cyber law is an emerging field and if we talk about long-term, this field will definitely have a great scope.

Cyber law is still a new field in India. It involves both civil and criminal aspects and the laws related to it are being shaped with each passing day. Cyber law is a good option if someone wants to grow with the growth in the field, which is mostly organic, tending to recent times when cyber space has expanded beyond comprehension (because of the accessibility to smart phones, armchair journalism on social media, etc.) and its use needs to be regulated, if not completely controlled. Business law is, quite understandably, as old as the concept of business, albeit existing in different forms over the years. Depending on new developments that the world sees every few years, these laws are amended from time to time, but the crux remains the same. It is one of the most comprehensive areas of law involving the law of contracts, companies law, etc. In India, most top notch firms have a strong hold in the field of business laws and dominate the industry in terms of corporate advisory and, a lot of times, even corporate commercial litigation. From a job prospectus, in my opinion, business law is a safer option owing to its established existence. Cyber law is still in nascent stages and developing even as I am typing this. While most reputed firms specialise in business law, finding an expert in cyber law to train under and learn from may be a task as the field is relatively new.
