There is no specific real estate or infra law rather those are formed from contract Act, RERA Act, Transfer of Property Act , Land laws and such things. Whereas IPR is a well developed law and field of study. When you study at graduate level there is no specialization. And at LLM you have IPR. Pay wise, both are at par excellence but the quality of content of job is better in IPR. When you deal with land laws or infrastructure law, you need to deal with corrupt, pay bribe, right in court and much more. So, it's your choice.
