Aeronotics is a very specialized brnach and unless you are hell bent on making a career in it and have deep interest in it you can opt for the other one i.e. Electronics & Communication. Electronics has more opportunities as of now as compared to Aeronotics but Aeronotics would pay you more in the beggining inspite of the fact that job search would be difficult in it comparatively. My suggestion would be to go for Electronic and Communication.
