You can get newly opened IITS and IIT, Dhanbad with your score in JEE Advanced, if you belong to general category, just wait for the counseling session to begin.

I think you can get lower branches in IITs in the last round or spot round counselling .So, wait till the spot round to get Admission in IITs.
