VIT is only known for the main campus, and its other campus are only a place to gain degree, so I'll prefer you to opt for the LPU.

BITS Pilani is best campus best college it is the one of the top 50 colleges in India with placements to good 100% placement is given to the students it has better placement, so go for BIATS.
