NIT Trichy is one the leading NIT's of the country, and DTU-NSIT has its own charm. It depends which branch you want to pursue and from where you belong, say if you are a north Indian then you can easily settle in DTU-NSIT, you'll be familiar with the accent of the teachers and will be to understand concepts easily in the class as it matters a lot when you have to move to a completely differently place.

Deciding a college depends on various factors like stream you wish to take, and the place where you belong to. NIT-Trichy is one of the top most colleges in our country and is certainly the better option out of the three if you look in terms of academics and placements point, but as said, if you belong to North India, it would be easier for you to blend with DTU rather than NIT Trichy. I would say NIT-Trichy, then DTU, then NSIT.
