Shadab, both are equally good but then if you are inclined towards teaching or technical aspects you should go for M.Tech. Otherwise you should go for MBA as it will help you climb up the managerial ladder and go up in your career. Most of the top positions in companies are managerial and demand MBA. In case you did not give GATE,CAT, MAT, etc, then you should try for admission in private universities like LPU, SMU, SRM, etc. Some of them will give you direct admission on the basis of your previous qualification and some on the basis of their own tests. Most private universities these days are at par with govt.ones and offer equally good facilities to students. Some even offer scholarships. Check their websites for more details. Good luck.
