If you find yourself very creative (in drawing and all) then go for B.Arch and if you don't have any interest in drawing stuff then I strongly advise you to not to opt B.arch as your career. Between B.Tech and Physics honors, if you are getting admission in a reputed government college for B.Tech then keep your 1st option as B.Tech but, if somehow there are less chances of you getting a good college for B.Tech then you can keep physics honors from DU as an option.
