B.Tech Biotechnology is a 4 Years course, which deals with technological applications in Biology while B.Sc. Biotechnology is a 3-year course. Later, students can go for M.Sc. Course and then Research later. If you want to pursue Research Career like Plant Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, etc. Then choose B.Sc/M.Sc Biotechnology. Then Ph.D. if interested. Or, If you want to keep open your career track i.e., to shift from Biotech to management, software, etc. It will be stiff for B.Sc. Biotechnologist.
