B.Tech is the best for a bright future and provide good salary in India as well as abroad. But it also depends on the institute/college. In Rajasthan, many institutes like LNMIIT, SKIT & Anand ICE, Jaipur, etc. But I think Anand International College of Engineering, Jaipur provides world class best faculty members, world class infrastructure with better placement opportunities and in-campus placements, implementation of modern educational concepts & associated internationally renowned faculty from IITs & abroad and global connectivity by signing MOUs with many renowned technical universities/institutions of USA, UK, Russia & Thailand, etc. Basically, placement depends upon the qualities and the overall performance throughout your education. If you ask me, BCA is a low level programming course and B.Tech CSE or IT is a high level programming course. The demand for B.Tech is high as compared to BCA. Go for B.Tech.

B.Tech in CSE/IT is a widely accepted whereas Bachelors in Computer Application (BCA) is relatively less popular in the industry. Information Technology being one of the high paying sectors in the world, every computer science student wants to work with these sectors. B.Tech's are in high demand everywhere and in every sector whether banking, manufacturing or aviation, whether within our borders or abroad, as the growth pace of this industry is consistently high. where as for BCA student the domain is small.

If you are interested in computer education and if you don't get CSE in some reputed institution of India then only you should go with BCA. I hope it will help.
