Both the courses in consideration are quite different in their individual aspects. One is a health sciences related course while the other is a technology related course. So, taking in consideration I would suggest that BPT is a better course to pursue that BCA. BPT has a wider scope and job prospect than BCA. Furthermore, Physiotherapy is one of the emerging sciences that has gained popularity in the recent times. So, BPT is definitely a better option. All the best.

BPT is much better in terms of scope job and availability. If you do BPT, you are a therapist with allied health professional certificate that means u have authority to be called doctor and use prefix Dr. Moreover there is huge scope awaiting. Advanced physio treatment is slowly developing and coming to our country. Various serious diseases can be treated using new age tech methods by a physio. Abroad also there is a huge scope. Choose wisely. Get a BPT degree from a repute institution and learn the techniques and u got lifesaving skills.

Both the courses are different in each and every manner. BCA is Bachelor of computer application which deals with programming languages, coding, etc. BPT is Bachelor of physiotherapy which deals with physiotherapy. Both the courses are good in their own path. It's your choice that whatever interest you have in both of these courses. If you want to become a software tester, system analyst, programmer then go for BCA or if you want to become a physiotherapist, then go for BPT.
