The main difference between MBA and PGDM is that MBA is a degree and is offered by universities, whereas, PGDM is a post-graduate diploma offered by AICTE approved institutes. MBA Masters in Business Administration PGDM Post Graduate Diploma in Management Both MBA and PGDM in Thiagarajar School Of Management(TSM), Madurai are equally good. For MBA in TSM: TANCET cleared students will be along with you in the courses, 2 months internship period, same hostel facilities and mess food. But PGDM offers one step more than MMB course, so is the fee.
