Syllabus of BCA and B.Sc IT is similar up to 80 to 90% in various universities. Market acceptance of BCA is little more in comparison to B.Sc IT. In my opinion, it is BCA. Well, if you are looking for a career like a Software Engineer, Developer, etc. then go for BCA. But if you are looking a career in academic research, teacher or professor then go for B.Sc. In simple terms, Corporate Job- BCA and Research Job- B.Sc.
