If you are pursue post-graduation in any discipline, and then you will surely make up good packages in your placements, if you study from top colleges. And, it also depends on you study.

I suggest you do B.Sc in physics as it is easy and has a good scope and it also gives you good choices for your Master's degree. Good luck.
