It only depends on your interest for the subjects. If you are interested in management then opt BBA. IP University BBA is good, then after that you can do MBA from a reputed institute it can fetch you a good salary. If you are interested in accounts then you should pursue B.Com but if you are interested in Management and da to day working of business the you should go for BBA. In terms of career, BBA being a modern course, has a wider scope as compared to B.Com.
