Dear, You should go for CSE in IIT Roorkee because nowadays the demand for CSE is really increasing day and this college is also good for academics.

It depends on your personal interest whether you like a subject personally or not. If you are keen to take CS then go for it. No more thinking needed. But if you think that you don't have any specific interest in any field then also go for IIT-Roorkeefor CS as the packages and future opportunities of CS are always more as compared to electrical especially in a better IIT.

I’d suggest you to go for CSE at IIT Roorkee because CSE has got good demand these days. If you are branch oriented then go for electrical at IIT, Madras.
