It is better to opt for B.Tech EEE over Electrical Engineering as EEE grad you can seek job in both Electronics and Electrical industries. It increase scope and opportunities. Also in today's Electrical systems of power generation, distribution and transmission all includes Electronics based SCADA devices. Good knowledge and skills on Electronics devices is helpful in career of Electrical engineers.
