M.Sc would be a better option to pursue, because it opens a wider field for the future. And, B.Ed is specifically for the teaching field, so if you are interested in becoming a teacher, then only do B.Ed. You will interact with the best teachers. You will get good knowledge and placements in top MNCs.

More respect you get is equally proportional with more knowledge you acquire. Going ahead of this concept, M.Sc B.Ed candidate is eligible for PGT Teacher. But, if one is in serious need of a job and not interested in PGT, then it is good to go for B.Ed after graduation.
