BCA + MCA is considered to be equivalent to B.Tech, in fact many fortune 500 companies prefer a B.Tech or an MCA student so you have to pursue MCA after BCA if you prefer a desired job in an MNC and BCA + MCA will take six year to accomplish where B.Tech is done in four years, you can utilize your years working in your dream company and can gain a lot of industrial experience so choose your courses wisely.

BCA +MCA is equivalent to B.Tech CSE, and it also replaces a CSE engineering student with a good package, but in my opinion B.Tech is good.
