Its defenetly LPU. It can provide better scholarship more than any college, you can check it LPU browser.

Relatively, the scholarship is good at LPU but placements and education wise, Thapar University is better for engineering. Freedom, research, academics and campus life and the placements are more than in LPU.

Thapar University is the best university among the IIT/NIT but if you want to go for better scholarship then LPU is the best option because it provides good scholarship and placements.
