If you have interest in farming and want to earn from farming, then you can go for agriculture. CS is a different field and much tougher as compared to agri and it has good scope.

If you look at current career scope and opportunities Computer Engineering has edge over Agriculture Engineering. But if you want to make differance in the life of common man then you are advised to go for Agricultural Engineering.
