If you are a person with extrovert personality, then you will definitely get success in both the fields. Further, if you are planning to pursue HR, then you need to develop one more quality, which is diplomacy because you have to manage management and workers.

Both the courses are good. In terms of salary, event management has better salary prospects as compared to HR. In event management, the salary starts from Rs.20K and in HR, it is Rs.15K. HR is in demand as this position is present in almost all companies and growth opportunities are there. It depends on your interest whether you want a sitting job or traveling job. HR is mostly a sitting job and event management is a travelling job. The salary package is almost same, if pursued from a reputed school.
