For B.Tech in computer science engineering (CSE), LPU is better among all the three. But if you don't get LPU, then prefer Chandigarh University or Symbiosis Pune.

For CSE, if we consider the rate of placements and academic achievements then CU is the best option followed by LPU and Symbiosis.
