From the placements perspective- both are almost equally good options to go with (currently, Chitkara University at lead). From the curriculum and placements and real-time experience perspective- Chitkara University is a sure shot answer to a bright future and career.

Chandigarh University is a better option to pursue CSE. It has high class facilities full Wi-Fi campus. Moreover, it has wonderful placements, around 400 companies visited the campus this year.
